Crying Out From My Cubicle: I Want To GRUMBLE!!!

This is how things have been like since my new boss came... As a person, she's nice, but it's just so darn hard to work with her... Everything has to be done her way, and she says that she's open to change. Yet when we tell her that the way she wants it may not be the best, she forces her style upon us. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes either cos she's receiving lotsa complaints on our 'attitudes' from ppl who seem to be showing an attitude not any better...

This whole system is flawed... The establishment is riddled with blemishes... I am trapped by this catch... Catch 22... Whoever wants out will be forced to stay... The more you push me, the more limp i'll get and the harder you'll have to push... Nobody benefits from the situation...

We are trapped in a sphere, and everyone is suffering from its conditions... Everyone is grumbling, some are criticising, but few dare to point out where the fault lies because it most probably lies in something so fundamental, so crucial and so basic, which would require too tedious of an effort to proceed... So most people just wanna get out of the sphere, and leave it behind, and it can rot for all the ones who leave care...

Nobody likes to be pushed into doing something totally against the will, well at least I'm one of those people... And it's always easy to reminisce on the past while licking your lips with a lingering taste of bliss as that's how it is, sealed in the past, and it will never be brought back to life again... Looking back, the 'O' levels weren't that tough... But I wouldn't want to go through the exact same agonizing trial again, not even for a thousand dollars...

Things may have changed, but displacement has been zero, there hasn't been a common vision... Everyone who takes over just wants it done their way... Their way or the high way... Whatever that means, man... There may be 2 steps forward, but it will then be followed by 3 steps backward...

Anybody who voices out will be pinned down, no matter who your dad is, and no matter how true it is... And then they are saying that there are channels to voice out our feelings... Well that's true, but nobody mentioned about the consequences... So everything we see on the outside is so damned wayang...

But if there's one good thing out of this abyss, is that it had been the toughest training i've ever had...
