Confronting your feelings

Sei Syun... That's japanese for youth...

Somehow, I've always felt that brash confessions of emotions and feelings is a youthful behaviour... Once again, it's most probably the failing of mass media... cos that's what the young lead characters of drama serials seem to do all the time...

Many things, when kept to self, often produces a sensation which can be described like as if there's a bug chewing on you at the back of your head, there seems no way to shake it off til you talk about it... So releasing it often takes the form of this euphemism, 'expression'... Nothing seems wrong with expression... Art is an expression, so is music...

But harm may be done after an 'expression', and it's often hard to carry out the damage control... Collateral damage comes together with it too...

So isn't it better to keep things to self?
