The Biggest Loser

Remember this show, 'The Biggest Loser' that was aired some time ago? I just saw the Singaporean version on TVmobile on the way home... The idea of viewers watching this show and getting inspired by their stories is plain bullshit... The show is just meant for you to turn your nose up cos you know there's someone fatter and uglier than you!!

Ain't that how all of us really feel deep down within?? It's okay, we all are sinful by nature...

But ain't it so unbecoming of the media to play up the 'importance' of looking good on the outside?? You know something? Think about this... If you were to gain 20 kgs and look just like one of the contestants, would some of the people around you treat you any differently?? Watch out if you think you look good, cos people may just be attracted to your superficial looks...

And for anyone who feels bad about not looking like some superstar on screen, you know that the people around you love you for who you are on the inside, and that's essentially enough... God loves you even if you weigh a ton!!
