I think there are a few kinds of leaders... some are leaders intentionally, some are leaders by appointments and some others are leaders by accident... (i don't mean the accidental kind of accidents... cos nothing happens by accident!!)
I've been in this same office for close to 2 years... everybody in that photo is no longe around, incl my ex-chief clerk... anybody out there who holds the same position for this long period of time in the very same place must be feeling kinda sad bout themselves... me? i don't really care anymore, just wanna ORD!! hur hurr...
unknowingly, i've became the oldest bird in the office, the one who have been through the most experiences with tackling regulars, making empty promises to get some ppl off your back, and various other 'stuff'... and i just realised that perhaps, i have become a leader by accident... everyone in the office asks me for advice when i'm around...
perhaps it is now, that i have begun to see the purpose that God has for me in the marketplace... (humph... the term sounds cliche now right??) undeniably, i have an influence over my fellow NSF; men, specs and offrs alike...
it's time to put this influence into good use for God... ;)
